Come join an independently owned automotive shop. Anacortes Automotive has been serving the community for 29 years. We are seeking a quality individual who is goal oriented and takes pride in their workmanship and wants to be in a quality minded environment. Our shop is in beautiful Anacortes, Washington. Applicants must have a good attitude and work well with other employees. Must be able to work with minimum supervision. We are a busy shop so maintaining a clean and well-organized work area is important. Present a neat and professional appearance and maintain a high level of efficiency and customer satisfaction. Must possess the necessary tools required to complete the work. If you are currently enrolled in tech school or recently graduated you are encouraged to apply.

Skill requirement:

· Positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to take direction well

· 3 years’ experience

· Proficient diagnostic and troubleshooting ability

· Experience with electrical, air conditioning and drivability skills a plus

· Skilled at reading and implementing procedures

· Experience with foreign and domestic vehicles

· Prefer ASE Certification

· Able to lift 60 pounds

· Strong verbal and written communication skills

· Speak fluent English

· Must have a valid Washington state driver’s license
